We dynoed the car tonite. We made 753 rwhp and 589 rwtq @ 30 psi on stock internals.

Mods to the car are AEM, 1000 cc injectors , GT42, and 4 inch exhaust.

Here is the sheet.

I want to give a big thanks to Jeff, Manning, and Jamey. This was possible tonite because of them.

1. 1000 cc PTE injectors, stock modded fuel rail with dual feeds, A1000 and a Kirban 1000 hp regulator.
2. Journal bearing GT4202( 74.3 mm inducer with a S trim exhaust wheel) with a 1.01 T4 housing.
3. The biggest problem with the AEM was me. The unit can be overwhelming with all it gives you the ability to do.
4. Driveability is better than stock.

You have almost the exact same setup as me - except im using the 2j and have a gt4294.

I agree with you 100% about all the options with the AEM. Its a very very versatile tool that can easily overwhelm.

refresh my memory

the GT42 is the plain jane GT42 not the R or RS (102mm) correct?

Yes Sir, you are correct. These pulls were made in 3rd gear and it spools quite a bit sooner in the 4th gear pulls.

nice !!! I would also like a look at your timing map if you don't mind.. I have always believed the biggest obstacle to the 7m making power was the factory ECU ... again I say well done

How come just 3rd gear pulls? Wouldn't you make more power in 4th and it would spool up faster as well not to mention your graph would look much better and it wouldn't seem so laggy to some people on here. Great job again.

To hard on the dyno brakes stopping near 20 consecutive 140 mph pulls. We have a 248 Dynojet with a 4 ft diameter drum and they don't have really big brake shoes on them.

I run a stock CPS, 3 channel ignitor off of a 95 3000 GT, HKS DLI, stock coils with NGK wires and plugs. Plugs are no#7's gapped at .028"

Copper plugs?

What are the advantages/improvements of going with the 3000 GT ignitor?

Thanks, (I already congratulated you plenty :icon_bigg)

The 3000 GT ignitor is a cheap alternative for a 3 channel ignitor. The stock ignitor is a multiplexing unit that can develope a skip at certain rpm and load points with the AEM. I already had an HKS DLI so I really didn't want to buy an M&W ignitor for 900.00 even though they are a great unit. I switched to the 3 channel ignitor so I could then set my timing or ignition phasing like a TT which seem to have no problems on the AEM.

Copper plugs are all I have ever run.

X-man, VERY impressive!!! Could i have a look see at the timing map? abwallace@unoh.edu O and before building with a forged setup, have you ever thought about cryo treating the stock peices?
