Need Help with 1JZ Auto wiring into

I am putting in a 1JZ auto into an 89 MK3 turbo auto chassis. I have searched many forums, but no definitive answers on wiring up the auto transmission wires, especially the B2 connector on the chassis. None of the available wiring diagrams show any of the B2 connector wires even being used. Any help will be greatly appreciated. :icon_bigg

this is relative to your question, but Did you sell your 2J supra to your cousin here in Tulsa, OK? Cause there's a dude runnign around town with it and said he got the car from GA, so kinda assuming it may be you?

If you come up with anything let me know. I let a local shop do my 89 auto swap and it still has some issues. I have to manually shift from L,2 to D when leaving from a stop. It doesn't want to upshift in D, even after replacing 1&2 seleniods and stays in 3rd after going to D so it's not going into 4th. I suspect the wiring also.
