How many ppl are running w/o a fan?

Put back your fan shroud and the plastic under cover.

Do you have a water temp. gauge?
Can you tell me how hot the water gets?
My water temp. gets up sometimes to 210'F (100'C) after some driving...
with outside temperature about 110'F (44'C).

I do live in a very hot climate,and I don't have any electric fans (small A/C
fan or the big condenser fan)....but I am getting a condenser fan soon.
I do also got a very big front mount IC with stock front bumper...

But my 5 cent is....that we all need a hood with open vents so the hot engine air could get out and not get trapped inside the eng.bay!
Man my oem hood gets so hot that you can't even touch it at all :aigo:
Ofcaurse I am talking about summer time and hot days of 40'C (100'F +)

Im going to get a temp gauge and check it , Im taking off the condersor today I'll update once im done and retest . the vented hood thing is a nice idea but what about when it rains?:aigo:

Rain will give the engine bay some extra cooling :icon_bigg:icon_bigg:biglaugh:

I got a friend with a 720 hp mk4 supra with a top secret carbon hood
which has a lot of vents ! :icon_bigg
He lives in England...where it rains quite often.I will ask him and let you
know about it.....

oh yeah, by the way i see you live in flordia which is extremely different from where i live. 75 degrees here and people have there a/c's blasting and people are at the lake swimming like theres no tomorrow.

The car has a fan and was not driven without one. I ended up getting a fan from advanced, its a little small but it packs a punch. Temp guage still doesent work right, needs to be rewired. Other than that its got ic piping, fan, all the goodies. Shes 98% road ready. Thanks for all the kind answers lol...
