I had to cut my bonnet support strut in order to fit my 600x300x100mm cooler. Ive just got the top part bolted up and the hood works like it always has been. What way are you going to run your lower ic pipe? Are you getting a forward facing intake?

I'm probably going to run it out of the turbo across infront of the rack thru the LHS splash panel and into the cooler, and use the stock cold side, i'm going 2.5 inch on the pipes so hopefully not tooo lagy!

Are you serious? That's crazy! Can you get pics cause I'd like to see where these start. And there's the morbid curiousity that makes me want to check my own block - just to be sure!

So here then (I didn't know those were steam holes and just thought they were extra cooling jacket holes):

Well after talking to the guys at crankies and Ian (crankies and cranky even ;) ) the cracks are REALLY fine and likely would stop at the bottom of the bolt hole... so all systems go again all be it with some mild loctite to seal the thread on the studs!
