5MGTE fuel injector non-pulse issue

Starts/runs with starting fluid
fuel pump pumping

This is what my research has found.
Is there anything else to check for non-pulsing injectors?
Igniter
EFI main relay #2 underhood near fusebox
EFI main relay #1 in the fuse box
Check all fuses and fusible links incl EFI IGN STOP ECU-IG
12 volt check on both ends of injector solenoid resistor (w/ignition sw on)
12 volt check on both pins of an injector connector (w/ignition sw on)
Harness grounds to the intake manifold between cyl 2&3 and the injector resistor on the strut tower
to tell if it's a short in the harness or ECU, unplug the ECU and see if either injector pin gets continuity to ground still.
