Changed up the design on the piston and decided to go a different route. Custom Naber Racing spec piston will be getting used (the one on the left) :)

Ronnie K bushings came in (honestly not impressed with them at all , specially after so many people recommended them)

Subframe powder coated, bushings installed ( currently in process of making my own but will install after Tx2k, these will do for now)

all suspension parts powdercoated and new Energy bushings installed throughout the whole rear.

Whats your opinion on the bushings?
I am taking an alternative path with mine, curious what your take is.

quality is just not what i expected. those are pour in poly. un even and not consistent at all. both halfs dont line up as you can see with the metal sleeves in. the sleevs them selves just very poor machinning/drilling and not to mention all the hats on the bushings look like they were cut out using a hand blade and not a lathe like i expected. numerous craters and sponge like texture.

Granted they still fit good and im sure they will perform good as well but for approx 300$ the quality doe not match the price. im in the process of making some myself so ill be swapping mine in once im done

Custom Naber Racing Titanium intake and exhaust valves +1mm on both.

stock intake weights in at hefty 49 grams new titaniuems weight it at only 30 grams
while stock exhaust weights in at 44 grams and the new titanium weight in at just 27 grams!!!
