You can leave the cams in if ur replacing the oil seal in the front. Just coat it with some oil for easy slide and u can light tap it in with a rubber mallter or use a pvc pipe that has roughtly the correct diameter and tap it in with the mallter gently. That's how i put mine in when I replaced...
