Thought there was a local FS thread in here before.
Here's a link to some stuff I'm looking to sell. I'm in Richmond, VA:

Anyone else run into this problem? I bought a LIPP relocation bracket but it does not line up with the bolt holes on the alternator. It's off by 1/4 or more (too small) and I don't think there's enough material to cut the holes so it could be used.
Just curious if anyone else has found this...
I'm looking for some info on machine work that's commonly done or a good idea to have done.
I've been looking around and talking to some machine shops that were recommended but aren't familiar with Supra engines. Here are my questions:
-Is micro finish absolutely necessary if block and...
Can anyone tell me if a higher pressure cap is needed with a larger radiator? To me, the pump won't be pushing more fluid and so it's more pressure the lines and gaskets will see before coolant is pushed to the overflow, I'd rather let that happen than let the hoses see more pressure than usual...
Hey folks, I have a 7m but noticed that the koyo racing radiator has a port for a temp. sensor for the 1j engine. Can anyone tell me the thread size? I was wondering if I could use this rad. and an adaptor to install the sensor for an aftermarket temp gauge. Also does it come with a plug in case...
I've been looking around and have seen some CF offerings in the past. Also see some on Ebay, has anyone had luck with these? Can you tell me what the weight of various ones is?
How about fiberglass, any weights on these or opinions?
I'm looking to drop some additional weight.
Thanks for the...

In case anyone's interested, NASA's Mid-Atlantic auto-x group is holding a 'circuitcross' on VIR's Patriot 1.1 mi. infleid course the 22nd of Feb. A couple mk4 guys on SF may be showing up and a 2J powered S14 is signed up.
Great way to get on a road...
I'd imagine some of you have removed the A/C on your mk3's. I didn't realize the support bracket was as beefy as it is (6 bolts) it almost looks like it's overdesigned for the 10 lb. compressor, maybe as if it had another purpose like block strengthening? Could just be one of the overly safe...

Come try out and auto-x at VMP in Dinwiddie and drive your Supra a little differently than just a straight line. Course designed by National champ SCCA winners so they're gonna be fast.
Hope to see some of yall there!

Does anyone know if vendors offer pre-painted body pieces? I'd really like to replace the bumper on my car for something that'll cool a little better but I'm not that good with paint. The shop I checked with wanted what seemed like a lot to paint one piece. Does anyone offer this when pieces are...
Can anyone verify what spring diameters will work with various upper mounts?
Stock springs and springs designed to work with OEM mounts are tapered to ~3.25" ID to match the OEM mounts (these have an inner cup that will not allow straight 2.5" / 2.75" springs to line up. I'm wondering what...
From our NASA-X director, thought some folks might be interested:
NASA Mid-Atlantic Autocross is proud to announce a new program called "FIRST TIMER FREEBIE RUNS" starting with the August 31 event at Langley Speedway in Hampton VA.
Anyone at least 18 years of age with a valid drivers...
If any of the VA guys are interested, NASA's having the annual doublecross at Virginia Motorsports Park this weekend:

It's a auto-x run one direction for half the runs and then run the opposite for split and combined times. Signups...
Hey everyone, I got into GRM (Grassroots Motorsports) this month and figured I'd share the article (Thanks to Nick on SF for the link)
This was from VIR in the Fall, to bad the 944's and C6's I was playing with aren't in the frame too.
See yall out there,
Brian
Here's some vid of this weekend at VIR. This was my first event in group 2 and the pace is deffinitely faster. There are a lot of folks on race rubber in this group but the Supra did well and the instructor recommended I move to race tires soon.
Here's a couple vids:
Session 2...
Well, the final event of the season came down to me and my buddy in his Subie, seperated by 2 points so the winner would take the season championship for TTD class.
We had a good battle going back and forth. I had run a 50.9X to his 51.7X and on he last run he did a 50.713. I responded with a...
I've seen several available for the JZ series but haven't seen them for the 7M. Does anyone know if these are available (I've seen the Ebay ones but haven't heard feedback on those)
Thanks for any help,
Brian
Here are links to a couple quick vids I put together from last week at VIR.
The first was a spin just after going green as the track was drying up, then getting back to speed a lap later chasing the 944 Turbo:

Here are a couple vids from the last two weekends. First is Langley last week: (bad day of driving, no clean runs)

Second was from today at VMP. Had some good runs, somehow ended up less than 2 sec. behind some of the really...

Here's a vid from a small roadcourse event (1.1 mi., cold laps) last weekend. I drove poorly (wasn't pushing the car) but had a pretty good line. I'll put some more from auto-xes if anyone's interested since I drive completely...
