VA guys, NASA doublecross 8/3 at Dinwiddie (VMP)

If any of the VA guys are interested, NASA's having the annual doublecross at Virginia Motorsports Park this weekend:

It's a auto-x run one direction for half the runs and then run the opposite for split and combined times. Signups are light so there should a bunch of spots left. I'll be throwing what I can to represent the mk3 but with all my competitors jumping to race rubber, it's gonna be tough!

No experience necessary, that's what the novice group is for (if you're worried about competing with others)
Really it's about getting to drive the heck out of your car far beyond what you can do on the street and realize what you can/can't do with it

VMP is the biggest venue around our area but the pavement isn't great. Usually see some fast sections (3rd gear) and some tight ones. These guys like flowing roadcourse-like courses.
