Mine had fuel here when one of the injector o-rings decided to eat itself, if it's watery in consistency and cold coloured it's more than likely fuel.
Sure you don't have a cold? Heh. It should stink.
Drat, I was hoping that wouldn't be the case. Just my luck that one of the most expensive and hardest to find parts breaks when I put her back on the road. I can still drive her, but the constant cutting out due to low idle is infuriating and embarrassing in traffic.
So the hunt begins...
Hey guys. After a lot of work on the top end of my Supra I've been spending weeks working out the bugs, vacuum leaks, etc you get with a partial rebuild. Well they're all sorted now except one. I was having a strange issue where the ISCV would only work some of the time, clicking when turned off...
No. Toyota UK and Toyota USA/Canada seem to have completely different stock from each other and they don't talk.
I've asked Toyota USA if I can buy from them and they flatly said no. So I have to use intermediaries.
Blarg, Toyota UK are utterly useless. I revisited them and went over in detail exactly what I needed, they said they couldn't help at all and were unable to have stock sent over from the USA because the two branches never really talk to each other in any meaningful way.
I e-mailed Toyota USA as...
Looks like Covercraft it is! Thanks guys. :D
After looking over their range I decided to get the NOAH. We rarely have strong sun in the North of the UK so no need for anything more expensive.
Thanks Jeff! :)
Toyota UK told me the individual parts weren't available, either the salesman was lazy and didn't bother checking or they're only available in the US. Either way it's time for a good old fashioned google using the numbers you supplied. :D
The rear plate spring supports I can...
Anyone know where to get an OEM Toyota Brake Fitting Kit? I've been to Toyota UK and they told me it's discontinued, but I'm happy to keep using the OEM callipers and as I'm rebuilding them completely (oddly the full seal kits are still available) I'd prefer to also put new spring clips etc in...
Hey guys. My MKIII will mostly be getting used in the Spring/Summer and put away over the Winter, but unfortunately I'm struggling with garage space so I've been looking for a good quality fitted outdoor cover for it. I used a Stormforce branded one for my 1967 Triumph GT6 and it worked...
Bought some of these a week or two ago and waiting on delivery now with baited breath. Went for the orange.
Have to say Ronnie is very pleasant to talk to over e-mail and always keeps you updated in case of delays etc.
Yep! That's my motto with every car. :D
Spent the day pulling wiring that the idiot previous owner had not bothered removing from previous installs that weren't even connected anymore. Miles and miles and miles of wiring doing absolutely nothing, including a very heavy old fashioned control box...
Hey guys! I've had my Mk3 Supra a while now but never got around to posting here. Tried a few UK forums but support for this wonderful car over here is terrible and the UK based forums are next to useless unless you give them money. I picked up a 1990 Mk3 Turbo Auto. I munch a lot of miles so...
