The large hose that comes from the top and goes to brake booster, it has a one way valve in it. I am wondering if that is a normal vacuum tube and if I could tap into it for vacuum before the one way valve (intake manifold side of valve)

I am running Low Impedence 550's from an 87 rx7 turbo2.....and the AFPR and the Lexus housing. I TOO am extremly lean. 21 pegged out on the Wideband gauge lean. I cant get it to start unless i hold the throttle all the way open and then it coughs and sputters to life. Been trying to solve this...

Yes it does have a set screw to adjust idle. Should I set the screw first and Then do the TPS calibration? I did it the opposite way. I calibrated it, and then set the screw just a small amount open.
