Lots of "wander" in the rear end at speed

I'll try getting it back up and checking those bolts and bushings. Glad to know it sounds sort of common...it's a handful at speed in a corner!

    AutoX'ers THREAD

I'm auto-x'ing as well. The car seems to do ok at auto-x speeds, but above about 60 mph I have a lot of sway or wander in the rear end. I'm all stock suspension wise except for G35 wheels, which add height and sidewall, and that may be my problem.

Water leaking into hatch area... Any ideas?

I had all those leaks too and replaced taillight lenses and gaskets and all that crap and still had a leak. I finally found the last leak coming from the seam on the taillight assembly (right at the top edge) on the 87-88 models. A 1/8" bead of clear silicone fixed mine so check that area as...

    Rear Tail lights??

There are 6 press in pins, they look like small nails on the inside of the light assembly that appear to hold the lens together. I haven't jumped into separating them yet...was thinking I'd convert to an 89+ tail. If you're feeling froggy you could pull those out with a pair of needle nose and...

I verified the stock HG as best I could with a compression and antifreeze test before I turned the boost up at all. I'm maxing about about 12-13 psi right now, but I don't push it hard everyday by any means. I'm preparing for the next steps, I'm just not there yet..

I'm just not happy with my Supra so far..

This is the kind of info I was looking for. Something that isn't so extreme in one way or another, just a good baseline to start from. If I blow it up it's on me. I'm not happy with the MBC as well, varies way too much. Apexi or Greddy is what I was planning.
