If the turbo was able to make it to 20psi, I have my doubts that it's the QSV. EGT would likely register abnormally high if the QSV wasn't working properly. I'd be looking into boost leaks (couplers, BOV, etc.).

I can't remember from my swap (went Megasquirt from the start), but the fuel pump wiring is separate from the ECU, correct? If so, double-check if the ignition +12V is getting to the ECU (essentially tells it to "turn everything on"). If you have no injectors firing, no spark and no CEL, it...

Nice purchase! It's really not that hard to find out the part numbers of the rotors and caliper. :) It's the mounting bracket that would the difficult part to acquire!
