My biggest thing is that ive talked to a few different places and the big concern for them is they don't know if they can wire in the vvti part.. its been really confusing because I know how to do diagnose electrical problems and can powerflow schematics but I sent have alot of expierience...
Hey I've got an 89 mk3 and dropping a 2jz Vvti ... does anyone have wiring schematics and a 7m harness?? I don't want to get rid of the vvti.. should I have someone else do it and use their aftermarket ecu. Or do it myself.. if I have someone else do it, there shop would be local. I don't want...
ya after i thought about it and asked around a bit i realized that ya it'd work, but i'd also have to wire the ignition, ligghts,, blahblah blah, and ya.. I found a company out here in phx, AZ that does wiring. www.proefi.com im probly gonna have them do it for me if i dont do it myself.
so i have a quick question... im under the impression that you splice the 2j engine harness into the 7m bodt harness so you can have your gauge readouts and other body controls right????
i plan on using the stock ecu until i have some coin put aside for an AEM... but i have sum other things i have to do first... like fix the trans in my jeep haha.. gotta love setbacks, they always happen at the most inopportune times..

i got the car and it does not have a motor or wiring harness.. thats part of the reason ive been asking so much about it.. thats a great idea.. ill get some pics of the plugs on here in the nxt day or so..
