i recently bought a turbo automatic supra. i have a parts supra also that i achually used to drive. its a 5 spd NA. i know the turbo motors come with a r154 for a 5 spd, but i've been told the w58 tranny will bolt up... i know the w58 is not as strong, but i would like to know if it would...

im not totally sure if this is the area to ask, but here goes.. ive been told by some local people that know some about supras that i can bolt up the w58 tranny to a 7mgte which i know would normally have an r154 tranny... thats why i came here because you guys know everything lol...

a buddy of mine has a 240sx and he welded the LSD in the rear end. so everytime he goes around a corner cops and other people look over at him.....i know its not a good idea to do this but how bad can it be? is it really a bad idea to just weld the rearend of my supra? anything would be...

i know this isnt the right place to put this but i dont know where else to go with it. What is the (twin turbo) 1GGTE? a buddy of mine told me i should buy it and swap out my na slowpra. but honestly ive never heard of a 1ggte. can i get parts for it? where was the engine released...
