    If you don't understand how it works, I really don't think its a good idea to be messing with it. You can do major damage to your engine... Its not a toy.

    i had a similiar problem on my 7mgte, the gasket was blocking off the "PCV" chamber bit.

    Haha that story reminds me of a dude who told me he was putting a 351 Cleveland V8 into his HQ Holden. *facepalm* haha, he caught himself out in the moment because everyone here knew that a 351 is a Ford V8. It would be like putting a Nissan motor into a Supra!

    Bogans that think pushrod V8's are the answer to all of lifes discrepancies. Why can't they just admit that Turbos are not rice, its actually a smart way to use your exhaust to make more power.

    Spark Plug Leads, also known as Ignition Leads. They look something like this: One end attaches to the spark plug, the other end attaches to the coilpack.

    Hmm, its definitely a unique problem, I would start checking all the coilpack grounds are connected properly, also have you checked the leads haven't got too much resistance. they could be broken inside the insulation.

    Are you sure you boost leak tested it properly? It could possibly be the fuel pump intermittently not pumping under pressure, it happened to me once, the car would idle fine but not drive very well. Also check the spark gaps, they could be gapped too big giving the illusion thats its...

    Cracks on CT26 a common problem? That sounds new to me.. i never heard of it being a common problem. I myself have tiny cracks around my wastegate but its never been a problem for me!
