I had the same thing happen several years ago, I had a glass company replace them both. The smaller window in the back was more expensive than the door window. If you can find the glass used you will save a lot of cash.

I had the same thing happen a few years ago. They only took the faceplate but busted out both windows on the passenger side. That little window is damn expensive. I was able to get a new faceplate from the manufacturer for about $60.

When was the last time the radiator cap was replaced? It may not be holding the proper pressure for the cooling system.

Start checking the sensors on the engine. Use the TSRM and an electrical meter and start checking those.

Check the Tail Light Relay. I had a problem with my Tail Light Relay where it would work loose and I would lose my Tail and Marker Lights as well as the Dash lights. The relay is on the drivers side kick panel.

Clogged radiator or a bunch of crap blocking the air flow through the radiator is my bet.

I get the same thing when the battery contacts are dirty. Check that as well.
