HKS To4e full turbine upgrade kit. it was a pretty complete kit, HKS long runner mani, HKS external wg vented to atmos, HKS one piece DP (one piece from turbo to cat) oil lines, etc.

well, right now the MKIV gets the garage all the time, and the MK3 stays outside till its made nice again, i.e. repaint, and all that good stuff. then from there it will probably alternate positions with my corolla (AE86) visible on the right side of the garage.

by massive you mean low offset, just to not confuse anyway. The more aggressive the offset, the lower it is (i.e. +30 compared to say, +40) to bring it out flushed with the fender more. for example below, the lower offsets give the "concave" spoke look. these are +22 offsets on an mkiv.

Hmm. I think I'd probably just buy an '06 GS400. No really. The rest I'd pocket and maybe put a couple bucks into the a80. Thats about it.
