YA wiring the main cooling fans to the small aux fan that only turns on will not cool the motor unless you have installed a larger fuse and thicker gauge wiring cuz it'll just blow a fuse almost immediately. plus if you get them running you need to make sure they are blowing towards the motor...

nah drill holes through both the lip and the bumper in 6 to 8 spots from corner to corner. there are clips you can buy that slide over the bumper holese and have threads that will take a 10mm bolt im sure you can get at auto zone, or just use bolts and nuts with big washers... ive installed...

you probably have a bunch of tension on that one nut if its the last one. try putting the other top bolt in and tightening it down to take the tension off of that top starter bolt. that way as long as you can get your hand up there you can break it loose with a long extension under the intake...
