I believe its about 2.5 inches or so...the ports on the ends are also alot bigger.

Buy an aftermarket oil cooler if you plan on modding in the future. Before I upgraded mine I just moved it to where the AC condensor used to be. When plumbing the new one use transmission line, not emissions hose.

There is an actuator that connect via cable to the TB linkage. I've got a spare unit I may not use and I'm sure other members have them. There are also aftermarket universal units that work also.

Problem 1...Brass has a different specific heat than iron (block) so it will expand/contract at a different rate. Get steel ones. Autozone carrys dorman metric freeze plugs that I've used in a few motors and never had any problems. Check with a machine shop also to get freeze plugs. You...
