I installed a new tps and my idle is still erratic. Any Ideas?

I checked it threw the rest of the range and every thing is still off by a long shot. Iam gonna install a new tps today.

I just unplugged the tps and it will idle at 2000. Plug it in and it does its idle up and down mood.

Hey guys I just got my new motor in my car. When you start it up the car goes right to 2000 rpm then will cut out go to 1600 then kicks back in and idles back up to 2000. then repeat. Bad tps?

So to keep this updated I was able to install my motor and auto transmission this weekend. Iam hoping by the end of the week I should have my driveshaft in and the radiator mounted.

I have decided to go automatic. Iam going to pull a automatic out of a 94 lexus sc300 w/ a 2jzge. From all the searching I have done this transmission, flexplate and torque converter will bolt in.

Does anyone know off the top of there head which company offers the bellhousing to go from a r154 to the 2jz. I found it the other night but have lost the site.
