Also through my searching I found some people saying that theres some yamaha shims that work with the 7M head, and they are the same as for the honda CBR600/900.

A1 racing has a bunch of sleeve kits, sometimes the dimensions are given on the website but if not give them a call and they will open a box and measure them live. At least they did for me.

Under boost the ECU should be switching to open loop and running on fuel maps not the 02 sensor.
Your walbro is probably flowing more fuel than originally (I hope!) and the stock FPR cannot keep up. Try a decent aftermarket Adjustable FPR and it should help things out a lot.
