1JZ/2JZ compatible valve shims?

I heard already that yamaha R1 valve shims were compatible with 2jz heads

Also through my searching I found some people saying that theres some yamaha shims that work with the 7M head, and they are the same as for the honda CBR600/900.

Also through my searching I see that yamaha r1 shims and honda CBR shims are the same...

Is this a case of

r1 = 2jz
7m = CBR
CBR = r1
therefore 7M should = 2JZ?

I'm about to swap in some US spec cams in my 2JZ, and I have 2 spare 7M heads in my garage....can I salvage some shims from those to adjust my valve lash in my 2JZ? I would check myself but I'm giving winter another 2 weeks to make it's last stand before I take my supra out from under her cover.

The 7M units will not work in the 2JZ bucket area. They are smaller.

You can order the shims needed direct from Toyota, It only took a day or two to get the ones inthat I needed. However when I swapped the USDM 2jz cams into my 1jz I didnt need any shims, they were all good.
