    Early Fall Meet

Supra's "on the road" but I'm just an anal retentive supra owner... but I ordered the molding I need, thanks for the offer though. I've considered it and probably would do the 89+ molding if the rest of my molding wasn't in such good shape. The upper speedo cable should be on its way...

    Early Fall Meet

Whoa...a thread full of VA supras..I think my brother and I will make it to the meet in Fall. I'm not driving my supra until I get a few things replaced on it cause I'm a bit anal (passenger side door molding and one piece of fender molding). I just dropped another 7MGTE in it to replace the...

Tubbie, My brother PM'd you about a targa top. He said you e-mailed him back saying you had two (one with burgundy interior and one with blue). I'm the one actually interested (he just messed mine up...long story). I'm getting ready to purchase one from someone else, but it's turning into a...

    super monitor won't work

I've got the motor in and car running with everything wired up and back together. The issue with the super monitor was I assumed "someone" plugged the damn ecu back in but he didn't. As far as using the supermonitor in a 1jz, your gas consumption will be incorrect and I believe something...

    super monitor won't work

I didn't cut anything actually. I figured, as the forum suggested, it was all plug n' play, but when I removed the clock, there was still a plug chilling out there that powered the clock itself. The remote to the clock is out, but the other plug remains. Now I had a friend put the ECU in for me...

    super monitor won't work

I just installed a super monitor I bought from another member on the forum here and when I turn the key on (not start the car--can't start it just yet) it doesn't turn on. The plug from the old clock, the one that supplies power to the clock, is still there hanging out, was that supposed to go...

    Next Project Begins

Pics after I washed out the bay some -- final pics to come tomorrow of cleaned out bay. Also have some pics of the motor I ordered from tigerjapanese.com (it's an 89-90). and the pics of the old motor and tranny. Oh, if you noticed the fan blades broken off the "new" motor, don't worry, I...

    Next Project Begins

Before I started cleaning the bay..remember, this is just a quick motor replacement so I can get her on the road, not for show or anything (this is for the anal retentive guys that see this thread!). Will finish with the bay tomorrow and jack it up to get underneath the car. As you can see I've...

    Next Project Begins

Got another supra, MK III. Got this one for free and had it towed to the house for free too. Had a blown head gasket. Replacing the motor and doing a few small things too. Down the road I'm going to replace the exhaust and possibly the transmission, but I don't know about that yet. Intercooler...

    Bryan's 1uz twin turbo build

This will be interesting to see. Alot of fab. work being done, but it looks good so far. Will consider showing this thread to my friend and see if he wants to tackle this in his sc 400
