Im trying to think of ways to do my custom exhaust and was going to go with a custome DP after my 3" elbow, but if i bought this and start the custom exhaust right after the turbo would it be better performance wise? if done right. it would be less of a turn unlike the 90 degree, just would need to make a nice way to change from the oval like shape to the 3" pipe.

An integrated elbow is better than a high flow elbow, if that is what you are asking. And a high flow elbow is way better than stock.

by integrated you mean custom like i was talking about?

check out bic, there dp's have an intigrated elbow. high flow elbows are cheaper but not as good. but anything is better then the restrictive stock elbow.
