symptoms:
Fuel Relay buzzes constantly and the car is always on.
I have to pull the negative cable of the battery.
and when I try to start it all it does is crank over.
it has all new ground straps, plugs and wires, cap, rotor, starter, and everything is in time.
I also have this plug and have nothing for it to plug into under the dash.
It is on the engine harness itself.
Its got 14pins and only 4 in use.
HELP!?!
