maybe just the air flow.

i've seen quiet a few like that, with no one reporting any ill effects.

i assume this is already on your car?

don't mess with it, but it will eventually fail because of the balance being off (or old age, or both)

Don't take a brush to it though, might make it worse...

actually, the turbo is off the car due to a bhg.

well, in that case you COULD use some spray cleaner on it as it won't work it's way into the engine...

looks like a ton of oil buildup, so carb cleaner should get rid of it...

it will just kill your turbo eventually because of dis balance...

Replace or Kabooom!

It's gonna disintigrate and all the little pieces will be sucked into your intake, and then (as I said), Kaboom.
