Where is the TEMS computer?

According to the TSRM the TEMS computer is located in the right quarter panel area but I don't remember seeing any control box in that area when I recently replaced the power antenna.

Does anyone know the exact location before I start taking all the trim panels off?

And yes, the TEMS computer is in the right quarter panel area, mounted right behind the vertical brace after you take off the inner plastic trim panel.
