when engine is hot, it starts with low idle?

sup my fellow supra brothers,

recently my car has been starting up wit low idle when i have driven it until its hot. It only happens like 30-40 % of the time.

I don't know if this has anything to do with it also but, yesterday i turned off my car to pour in gas. Tried to start and it it wouldn't start, 4 mins later.
