What holds the Targe bolts in place?

One of my targa bolts freely fall out when I remove the top.
The spring is loose as well but doesnt fall out although if I use my fingers, it can be pulled out easily. All the other bolts stay in the top, but one falls out and im scared im going to lose it one of these days. What holds them inside the top without falling out?

is the whole where the bolt goes in stripped? Mine was and I just put in a heli coil. Works great now

Its for the passenger side rear bolt.
So does this mean that there was some kind of retainer clip or plate that is now missing which is why it pulls right out?

the is just a E-clip in the rears that holds them in the targa. the fronts are in retaining buckets that attach to the header panel.
