What Flange is this?

I thought this was a t4 flange, but the t4 gasket i ordered doesn't fit.

the flange is 9.7 cm by 10.7 cm

anyone know what flange this is?

That gasket looks like it is a T3 gasket

if you do a google search for "t3 gasket" the second image that comes up looks identical to what you have

The turbo is a T4 flange (4.25x3.73)

That gasket is a T3 (4.30x2.75)
