I did some more work on my Supra in the past couple months. Today I dropped the engine/transmission so that I can finish fixing up my shifter hole. I found a great way to do it. Left the entire exhaust connected to the engine along with the transmission. I also left the engine connected to the front subframe. Just unbolted the transmission crossmember, front subframe, front brake lines and front shocks along with upper and lower radiator hoses. The whole assembly came down easy after that. This took me about and hour starting with the car on the ground and no tools out of the box. Also filled in the hole in my trunk where my fuel cell is.
