Hello again everyone :)

Im having a problem with my temp gauge it is pegged out when i turn the car on...i unplugged every sensor on the inlet pipe and on the stat housing...and it still pegs?..

Oh and for my own refference does anyone know wut all the sensors do or have a link i can visit to learn more about them? thx :)

I recently had to rig 2 of the sensors...a guy that i had helping me do a Head Gasket broke two of them, because he doesnt really know wut he is doing imho :-/
For the top right sensor i pulled it as far out of the housing as i could and i saughtered(sp?) it back to the original connector...and then JB welded it back to the housing....The second one with is on top one on the left side....i saughtered it to a new connector, the other wasnt salvagable...ad jb welded it to the housing...and then bolted them both back on....I then changed the stat....and "burped" it, to the best of my knowledge since i didnt know when it reached operating temp...the radiator hose gets to hot to touch..so i figure that is a sign of overheating?...

thanks in advance guys :)
btw i was going to replace the sensors and the dealership said they where going to charge me like 140 each...and i couldnt find any supras with an engine in them in the surrounding areas... :(
