Water coming out of my exhaust manifold

yeah.....i let my car overheat bad the other day, when i went to start it this morning to check up on it, i popped the hood and noticed that water was coming out of my exhaust manifold on the #6 cylinder.....what is causing that? warped head? btw, i have an 87 turbo

There is water pipe that runs along the exhaust side just below the exhaust manifold. By number 6 there is a outlet with a rubber cap on it held in place with a hose clamp. if you are lucky, you will need to tighten the hose clamp or replace the rubber cap. Referring to the link below, it is the thing the looks like a penis sticking out on the left side.

Also there is a short (about 3" long) rubber elbow from the same pipe going to the the back of the cylinder head. Check that as well.
