im doing a 1jz swap i dont know what kind of fuel pump to get, the 255, or the 190? i dont want to flood my pistons because 190 and 225 is a big diffrence

Get the Walbro 255lph, the fuel pressure regulator will dump the extra fuel back to the tank. It willl work with a stock fpr, and you can always upgrade to an Aeromotive afpr later on.

walbro 255. But save yourself some headache and get a MKIV pump to start
with, it's 255 also, and a better, long lasting pump.

And remember this statement:

One day, when your walbro gets loud, it's dead. It may still pump fuel, but it
no longer can push it as high PSI anymore, and you'l run lean when the pump
doesn't supply your fuel.

ill go to the dealer tomorrow and let you guys know how much the oem toyota fuel pump is going to cost.

i think ill stick with the walbro, $99 and $300 is a BIG diffrence, and from what aaron said it sounds like a good deal
