mine was converted to W58 aswell,
from memory the reverse light needs to be adapted and the loom extended,
front half of the tail shaft is shorter, transmission mount, 225mm flywheel, 225mm clutch (240mm is R154)
you'll need the hydraullic clutch gear, just use some common sense when fitting the box, its a pain in the ass to align the box in the car and i ended up very sore without a load lever... so if you can pull the motor out when you do the swap... much easier
starter motor should just bolt up, you shouldnt need to swap the dash but you'll want to pick up a shifter boot.
Insert a new spigot bearing, replace the rear main while the trans is out.
should be pretty easy to do i've had my box out a few times...
