First, big thanks to JSeamans and his guide. It is excellent and I would not have atempted with out his great article as I am new to the 7M. I did manage to do it by myself though and it was so succesful I thought I should share. This may have been covered before but couldnt find anything but the guide. The link is to a video of me pulling a few of the shims using JSeamans method. ONLY three tools needed. very small flat screwdriver, very large flat screwdriver and magnetic part grabber thingy. My hand is always in the way for the first step but if you follow the JSeman guide your only missing me depressing the lifter and wedging the small flat tip inbetween the shim and the lifter. You can skip needing person 2 by leaving the small flat tip wedged there and connect he magnet to the shim and lay it down. Anyway, you can see in the video.
