Okay guys I need some help ,im fairly new to the supra world and i have a little issue. My tranny was leaking so I did some research and I found that the shifter rod seal was a common problem so i changed it thinking that might do it but it turns out that it was my output shaft seal so, I recently installed a new output shaft seal in my 94 mkiv and the leak stopped for a about 2 weeks that is until I took it to the track and it began leaking again, so my questions to the supra word is, can anyone shine some light on what might be able to help out and stop this leak v160 are not cheap so any help is greatly appreciated.

Please and Thanks
Nasty2jz.

ps. sorry if this post is bad first one ever!!

Is there any side to side play in the output shaft? That could mean a bad bearing.

Is the slip yoke surface perfectly polished? That would be an easy fix.

Is your driveshaft balanced right?

Give a little more input on your problem. How did your old seal look? After removing the yolk, how does your new seal look? any thing chewed up on it? It should still look new.
