I have just completed a BHG repair. Everything is back together. When I place the negative battery cable on the terminal the fuel pump relay starts buzzing. The keys are not in.

17650 VSV 25860 VSV

I have on 25860 bolted on where I believe it goes but 17650 is just hanging there, I don't know where it bolts. Would this cause a problem to leave it hanging for now?

All of the plugs on the fuel rail went in ok except the very first one. It will not plug in and i have no idea why. Maybe the clip is broken but it does look fine. I pushed it in hard but if you tug on it, it will come out Would this cause a problem with the fuel?

I did try starting it and It is not starting. It does turn over though. I'm working on this car right now and want it to start tonight so please help>

Does anyone have an idea? I'm working on the car now and it would help to get it running tonight.

The buzzing relay, cold that just be a bad relay and I need a new one?

You connected an extra ground to the starter.
there is one that goes on the lower intake manifold, you probably grounded it.
I had the same problem.
Look at pics on this forum for people who have the ground wire installed on the lower manifold, and the wire going to the starter for a reference.

its been a while since i looked down there, but the issue lies where i told you.
Something with the ground wiring going to the starter.
The starter gets a main wire and a little plug wire
