I just had my turbo oil seal redone since it was smoking on decel and after boost on freeway and I want to make sure this turbo last longer than two months so I seen a lots of posts on restrictor to reduce oil pressure to make it last longer on the seals. So the question is, how do you install the restrictor into the inlet on the engine block whils using the hardline of the turbo? Since it protrude out quiet a bit do you bend the hardline or do you replace it with a rubber oil line? I also seen the post about using the plate at the turbo side.

I have an AT so oil pressure doesn't seem to get higher than 45 psi and I did an oil filter relocation so that might have lower the oil pressure down some.

Also is it possible to cap off the oil inlet from the engine block and get a cleaner oil feed say right after the filter into the turbo to reduce contaminant?
