Ok, so I've tried almost every combination I can think of for getting my tach to work with no luck.

1. NA Gauge Cluster -> NA Tach -> turbo tach pcb

2. Na Gauge Cluster -> Turbo Tach

3. Turbo Gauge Cluster -> NA Tach -> Turbo tach pcb

4. Turbo Gauge Cluster -> Turbo Tach

Nothing works. Now, I believe it is a wiring issue somewhere, I don't believe the tach signal is reaching the gauge cluster. (A give away to that is I tried an aftermarket tach and i I couldn't get it to work off the little ign signal at the diag block)..

How and what do I test to check to make sure I have a signal going to my tach?

Now when you say, NA cluster and NA tach with turbo pcb....does that mean that you swapped boards or soldered in the new resistors? I dont know if it makes a difference but on my NA cluster and NA tach, I just soldered the different resistors onto my pcb and my tach works awesome.
