it looks fairly simple. just a matter of cutting out the hatch pieces and welding in support and body pieces.not one of those,oops,what have i done type of things. your going to have to be very dedicated to finishing the job!

Keep in mind that this isn't going to be a "weekend" project thing! I know a few guys who have done this and it was a lot of work! More than you would think!

i dig it, but iunno how benificial having a rear that weighs nothing, and a front that weighs a ton will be for handling. Maybe if you're drifting, but otherwise i dont know. I guess im just skeptical... anyone has a good argument for that, please convince me otherwise because i think it'd be a real head turner

That's why you see this on drift cars. Drifting is all about oversteer. For anything other than a dedicated drift car it's a bad idea.

(Personally I think it looks like ass, but to each his own...)
