So i've attempted the 12V fuel mod based on these posts:

http://www.supramania.com/forums/showthread.php?t=62343
http://www.supramania.com/forums/showthread.php?t=9417

Felt it was pretty much idiot proof....with all the pics and diagrams available....nope :biglaugh:

What i did:

-removed resistor/relay pack and jumped just like in the picture in hte first link
-Cut the blue wire. Wire from the harness went to the switch of the relay and wire TO the pump went to the 12V output of the relay
-Grounded the relay
-added an inline fuse

I tried turning on the ignition didnt hear the pump. Tried turning it over just in case i was deaf and nothing, no fuel pressure.

I tested to make sure i was getting 12V from the battery to relay and it checked ok.

I tested multiple grounds for the switch ground.

I turned the ignition to the ON posistion and measure for any voltage from the harness and NOTHING

If im not mistaken if the ignition is on the ON posistion there SHOULD be a voltage....but theres not....suggestions...?

Fuel pump doesn't get turned on until you turn the key all the way to start the car.

Jump Fp to B+ in the diag box with the key in the On position and it will turn the pump on. That's how I checked for leaks too.
