I just got a tial 44mm waste gate to run on my t67 1jz. Which spring should i use. It currently has a .7 bar spring in it and i'm guessing i would want to run a 1 bar spring. My best guess right now is i will be running between 14-16 daily and go as high as 20psi.

keep that small spring and use a boost controller. Remember u can always turn boost up from the WG spring setting but never down.
