Here is what was done to fix the problems:
and a warning of evergreen brand gaskets

Wire problems:
Got some good diagrams finally and fixed it. 19 pin is for auto ECU also runs to the gauge cluster. now I have tach Oil press and the rest of the stuff.

If you look at one of my other posts, I couldn't find were 2 connectors went that are located by the fuse block. they do not mate together. Turns out one is JDM style the other is USDM style. Made adapter harness now I have power to FP and the rest of the engine.

Whining noise: Fuel injector o Rings (@ head) were faulty. They were supplied with the Ebay full gasket(made by Evergreen) set I had bought a few years back and had in storage till recently. They are just a tiny bit smaller than OE. That in turn created a vacuum leak that would produce a whining noise when throttle was closed. Also, as one can expect, caused it to run like sh*t.

Replaced the seals repiared the wires and it's alive and kicking strong. So to anyone who has thrown their opinions and 2 cents in towards my little project, Thanks.

87T 5spd 7MGTE:

Before I get bashed too hard, I am a competent ASE certified mechanic, I have access to AllData, and the online TSRM. I have almost every tool I could ever need, including lots of good electrical test equipment.

Now to the issues at hand:

Picked up a JDM 7MGTE with harness and ecu, ecu is for auto. Got everything installed, had to lengthen harness to fit my LHD car. Got all put together, less a few odds and ends, Now it's got some issues. I will get pictures up shortly of what I'm talking about.

I have power to the inside of the vehicle, starter all that good stuff. But I have no B+ at the diag port, no fuel pump engagement when I turn the key, no tach. I am able to get the fuel pump to run by jumpin FP (at the diag) to the battery + post. Car will start. Wil not however stay running (this may be timing, I'm not there yet) with out apply constant throttle. Also have a hell of a whining noise coming from rear of cylinder head. I am going to take off VC tomorrow after snow/rain subsides. The noise does go away when engine is revved, comes back when throttle is closed. I'm wanting to say it may be a vacuum leak, but it does not add up.
At anyrate, right now that is a secondary thought in my head. My issue right now is the JDM Auto harness problems. I have all plugs accounted for and plugged in, less 2. The one on the engine harness is 19pin female, yellow plug. The one coming from above the glove box is a 10 pin male yellow as well. Alldata does not supply good wire diagrams for the supra, and the online TSRM is for an 89, so it's not all that much of a help. There are wires of the same color codes and gauges between the 2 connectors. the only one that is not present on the 19 pin that is on the 10 pin is a red w/green stripe. also on the 19 pin there are 2 browns wereas there is only 1 brown on the 10 pin. I know this is a lot of reading, but I'm doing the best I can to describe the problem. My camera is dead right now, battery won't be charged for another hour or so. Once that is charged, I'll get pictures.
If anyone can shed some light on this it would be greatly appreciated. Or even better, if anyone is close to me, and wouldn't mind wasting some time. I live in Ephrata, PA just north of Lancaster city.

And to clarify something else, I did not use the original USDM harness that I had due to it being destroyed beyond repair from a previous owner. That is why I am using the JDM ECU and harness.

Thanks to all, lso if you have any thoughts feel free to call me. I'm working on the thing right now. 717.203.2482 thanks again
