suggestions for shipping companies?

I'm trying to ship a tranny, and I've never shipped anything of this size before. Anyone have suggestions on what would be a good/cheap company to use?

edit: kinda off topic again, but could someone suggest a fair selling price of a used 7m-gte auto tranny w/ 18,885 km on it? i have no idea what it should be
