Well in the morning when it's cold, there is no smoke. But as soon as the turbo warms up, it starts pouring smoke out the exhaust. What could this be?

Well it smokes the most on deceleration... but not so much when i'm boosting. It's a bluish color which is definitely oil.

This turbo is on a 5sfe, not a 7mgte and the 5sfe was rebuilt. It never smoked when it was running NA, so it has to be the turbo. The most boost the engine has seen is 5 psi.

I talked to a guy named Steve at turbochargers.com, and he said a basic rebuild(cleaning, seals, and bearings) would be around $275. This is a Houston company, but you could probably find someone local to you for around the same price. If the turbo is the problem, that is...
