has anyone totally removed the trim piece that runs along the body? i was thinking that would be my project for the winter is to remove the trim and do some body work since i am repainting the car. anyone done this before? any pics?

Depends on the car...

Personally I think it's one of the main styling elements of the car, and removing it detracts from the car...

Looks like the front blinkers just run from the nose, around the corner of the body, and then... off the face of the earth? Leaves something to be desired, IMHO.

Not really the full kit as the sides and rears are Bomex and the front is Greddy...
