I just bought a new battery myself. Personally i didn't worry about what size the battery was. I just told the parts store the car I had and they deduced for me what i needed as far as size goes. Now amperage size. I can say that I bought a 950 Cranking Amps (CA), 800 something Cold Cranking Amps (CCA), and i'll never have to think twice about having enough electrical power. Hell I can even run a few JL W712's and a crossfire amp or two and still have enough if I got into that sort of thing that is. Don't fall into the trap of buying an Optima Top battery either. Don't get me wrong they are great batteries but you can get the same quality for 90 bucks and a better warranty buying the AutoZone brand. and buying AutoZone brand battery means you don't have to ship it to manufacturer if something happens to it in it's warranty period. Personally I've had the optima yellow top and the autozone battery yellow top, and there is absolutly no difference whatsoever except the cheaper price tag (cheaper by about $100 bucks) and a longer warranty!!!
Just my 2 cents
