To describe better, I am attaching a drawing.. I am able to shake the passenger side front wheel hub whith the wheel removed. From inspection, it seems the the part where the lower A-arm connects to the hub assembly is shaking (is this the lower-ball joint?). What could be worn? the part 43330 in the drawing? or part 43211? If so, is aftermartket O'reilly parts be adequate? or should I look for toyota part? I guess rebuilding anything is out of the question?

Thanks for your help.

43330 is the lower balljoint, the mounting bolts could be loose or the balljoint could be bad.
My guess is the balljoint is worn out.

Do I need to do alignment after balljoint replacement? or I can do both sides same time and avoid alignment? Thanks.

they have a tapered fit so they are definately difficult to get out sometimes. You need a pickle fork or ball joint seperator or a lot of slamming with a hammer to get it out. You can rent these tools for free at autozone. I dont reccomend the pickle fork unless youre using the air hammer with it, ive never had much luck.

Get your car aligned after you do those ball joints. It can probably use it anyway. Your tires will thank you. I hope your eccentrics are free.
